Shipping Policy

Shipping availability, cost, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for the product and destination you select. AuraZen does not promise one global shipping rate or delivery window because products may be fulfilled by different connected suppliers.

Order processing
After payment is confirmed, the order is forwarded to the fulfilling supplier. Product-specific handling information is shown on the product page when available. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays.

Delivery estimates
The estimate shown at checkout is based on the destination, supplier, inventory, and available carrier service. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs, and other events outside our control can affect the final delivery date.

Tracking
When the supplier provides verified tracking, Shopify sends the tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the label is created.

Orders with multiple products
Products fulfilled by different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and may have separate tracking numbers.

Address changes
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been forwarded for fulfillment.
